Great place for all levels of single track! Customer service is very good and trails are well maintained. One of my favorite places to ride!

The cost to ride here is very good and the ownership is very nice. However, all the trails have a ton of large rocks through out and the long trail has a lot of ruts and rocks. We had to stop a few times to move some of the large rocks. We have two sxs and one got stuck because of a huge rut and a bolder on the side and the only way around it wasn’t wide enough. Side of a large hill and tree and the only way to do it was to drive through it tilted while two others held the sxs up from flipping over. Very difficult to get it through but luckily we were able to and then pull the other sxs out. The trails are just not in good condition anymore and they need a lot of work. rocks and ruts everywhere, especially for the sxs and quads to be able to go though it. Dirtbikes can manage to go around the stuff but did have some difficulty that day we were there, but sxs and quads can’t. This place is a great place to ride but the trail systems have gone downhill and it's just not enjoyable to ride there right now. Hopefully they will work on cleaning up a lot of the large rocks and ruts there are throughout all the trails

The long 25.5 mile trail needs a lot of work there are tons of ruts and we have two sxs, one got stuck because of a huge rut and a bolder on the side and the way around wasn’t wide enough so we had to hold the second sxs up from flipping over and then pull the other sxs out. The other trails are in good condition but the long trail system needs a lot of work for the sxs and quads to be able to go though it. Dirtbiked can just go around the stuff but sxs and quads can’t. I love this place I just wish the long trails were in better shape
