Plan 2 hours to decide which chair works best for you. My hips and back are my pain spots generally. Knowing that the doctor was able to help me find which machines would be best to work on these areas. If you can find a lower online price, they will match it. I had a horrible experience when I bought my first massage chair through the company ottori. It was seriously a nightmare, but when I walked into massage chair relief Alan was great. He is kind, patient, and very informative on his chairs on the show floor. I sat in the osaki pro ekon and immediately fell in love. I spent more money than I hoped, but it has been worth it! My chair got delivered in a quick and timely manner. They helped set up the chair and and made sure it was working before they left. I would highly recommend Alan and his business Massage Chair Relief.

I had an extremely positive experience buying from these guys all around. Rob helped us pick out our chair in the showroom and is one of the best sales associates I've met. He was exceptionally fun to our 2 (wild) little boys and made them feel welcome and special. He really went above and beyond to make our experience great and help us choose the perfect chair for our needs. We ended up purchasing a Luraco unit that was delivered and installed in our home and we love it. The communication through email throughout the entire process was very helpful. Overall a very positive experience and I'd highly recommend.

If your confused on all the massage chairs available this is the place to come. Dr Weidner can answer all your questions, and takes the time for you to try different brands and models. I spent a couple hours in his showroom, trying about 10 different chairs to find the one that was just right for me. There’s no pressure and it’s a fun experience. Plus knowing you have someone to turn to if you have questions or may need a repair. With white glove setup and lifetime repair. I drove from Idaho and it’s worth the trip.
