TBP was a great group to work with. They were extremely polite and kind over the phone. The delivery guys were also very polite and nice. They were on time (actually delivered the bouncy slide early) and were right on time to pick up. Over the phone, they answered all my questions and were very helpful. I was extremely pleased with their customer service and will definitely used them again for future rentals.

We ordered the 5-n-1 Castle Combo (Wet or Dry). Our original date was cancelled due to weather. Contract says if cancelled due to weather, the deposit is not returned and you can reschedule within a year. The remaining balance was promptly reapplied to my debit card. Customer Service was very flexible in getting another date scheduled, we was scheduled for the next weekend. Setup guys worked quickly and professionally, resulting in a very quick set up. The Castle Combo was exactly like the picture online. Recommending paying the extra fee and get the generator. If you want to use the wet option, you will need to provide a water hose, at least 150 feet. We connected a 50 ft and a 75 ft to get the proper length. We will certainly due business with the company again.

We rented the train and snow globe for a community Christmas event. The train and and snow globe were better than we expected. The Staff was very friendly and helpful. We will sure use them again.

Best decision ever to go with TBP Events!!! We had never rented an inflatable prior to this weekend and we were so impressed by this company! The online reservation was very easy and informative; the people at the office answered any of my questions the following day; and because we rented a giant water slide for my daughter's surprise sweet sixteen, the delivery was able to be scheduled around our day to keep it a surprise for her! The delivery staff was so polite , respectable, and hard working even on the scorching 90 degree day! The whole process of set up and take down went so smoothly and the entire day was a hit for this special occasion. There was nothing I would change about this rental and would highly recommend this company to our friends and family. Thank you TBP!!
