Brought our 30 yr old Rainbow to be serviced this AM. The tech was very good, and very quickly found any problems there were with it. He also helped me bring it in to his shop and back to my vehicle and that was great as he is on the 2nd floor. I would definately recommend his to anyone who needs their Rainbow repaired.

I went in today last minute for a Christmas repair for my mom’s power nozzle and the technician was able to get me in and did not rush the process at all. He also gave me some additional knowledge about the machine and recommended great care. It was so important for me to know that as much as my entire family loves the brand, the people working behind it (including the technicians) are just as passionate for their brand and image. Definitely will come back.
