One star is generous. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced and the worst internet by far. Completely unprofessional and completely ignorant. Schedule appointment times and never show up. Very disrespectful. 10/10 would no let recommend.

I would have given them a 0 stars if I could. They had angry come out to sell service twice. I had accepted but when I called the company 2 months later to find out what's up they didnt have me on file. Tech comes out a month later to install and I get charged for their modem! I had bought my own modem and only use my modem. I've never had their modem. I sit on wait for 35min for a representative and they hang up on me in que. I sit on wait an hour and I get hung up on in que again. I told them from the beginning I didnt want a phone I dont need it. They said i had to have a phone of some sort for the internet. Okay fine, but I want the most minimal 911 only phone you can get. They put on my bill a 5 star house phone that's 55 a month. Highway robbery. I cant reach a representative to fix my 250 bill for the first month. They charge the partial month of service then waited a month to send the bill then bill for a month ahead!!!! 2 1/2 for my first bill. Any other company breaks it up into installments over the first few months.
If I could have I would have given them 0 Stars they are uneducated and unwilling to accept one person tells me that might be restored remotely another says that I have to have a check I have all the equipment I called back the customer service guy obviously has no customer service training whatsoever was extremely rude and twisted everything that I said furthermore previously when my internet was turned off I was told there was no way for it to be turned back on that I had to pay 500 and then I had to get new services ironically today I was informed that if it's less than 30 days that it's cut off that it can be restored when the gal came back on the phone shr insited I pay 500. This was a scam, because today I payed the pastdue and it was 400 so where was that other 100 going? Their product is slow and glitchy and their cooperate service are mere uneducated individuals. The only thing good about this horrific company is the professionalism of the local Stmarys/kingsland office who will bend backwards for their clients!!! As far as the 1800 line people they are like talking to a buffoon .
Would've given them 0 stars if it were an option. Paying almost 80 bucks a month 2 or 3 mbps. Sure would be nice if they had some competition.
Good service and quick. They get the problem solved and great guys.
