I found this place in early 2020 and got a chance to go and loved the service and quality and wanted to bring my partner, tried that same year and some things came up that prevented it. Fast forward to a month ago I was able to make an appointment for today (March 27 2021) and I was so excited! I took a screenshot of my booking confirmation and moved on with planning, getting everything ready. I was looking forward to the Gemini package as I have never had a professional massage and just used the hot tub last time. I work and live more than 20 miles out with no car so it takes a lot of time for me to get time off from work, got a hotel with the whole trip revolving around being there. I was extra excited so I showed up at 9:50 and waited outside. The gardener came by and cleaned the area. We waited. And waited 10:30. That was when our session was going to start. 10:45. Called. Nothing. Odd. Checked appointment on website and it wasn't there! I know I wasn't imagining it so I looked up the screenshot on my phone. MY APPOINTMENT WAS REMOVED without my notification, and it made me sad I spent all this time and money and requested off. I called again at 11:00 and 11:15 and still nobody answered so I gave up! Feel a tad gaslit because at first I thought I booked it wrong but I have evidence I didn't, so I am heartbroken that after waiting over a year, because I had been interested just before the pandemic, that I didn't get to show my love this beautiful place. I dont know how to get a hold of a business that isn't answering their phones and it makes me pretty devastated I wasted my time I will never get back waiting so excitedly.

My girlfriend and I really enjoyed our visit. We had the 50 min massage then 50 min spa/sauna couples deal. Massages are in separate rooms but very well done and specific to your needs and desires. Got two tea options because we were celebrating our anniversary! PARKING: The are a lot of free 2 hour parking spots in the area, meter parking right in front, or a pay to park lot nextdoor. Highly recommend!
My significant other and I had the best experience here! We received the Gemini package. We really appreciated how intimate and professional the service providers and staff were. The baths had a perfect scenery to view during our time, and the 50 minutes was more than enough time to really relax and unwind! The sauna was perfect as well. Great scented body products that were provided and tea too (we got peppermint). I highly recommend this place. Everything was perfect!

I love this place. So relaxing on a Sunday after brunch.. and such a good deal. I've been going here for years and will as long as I can. They have local all natural lavender soap, shampoo and lotion from bonny dune. One piece of advice: get two sessions back to back because one flys by so fast (even though it's 50 min!) you'll be wanting more tub and sauna.
