I was told to have my vehicle there at 10am to put on one tire. About 11am I called asking about it and they said their tech never got to it until 1030am. I waited almost 2hrs for them to put on one tire. I had just purchased the vehicle from Team about 3 weeks ago, haven't even made my first car payment. I felt it was unfair to me to have to pay for having the tire put on and it should have been done as a courtesy.
