I just purchased a 2021 Atlas Cross Sport SEL Premium R-Line and i couldn’t be happier. This is the second new vehicle I have purchased from them in 6 months, and both times Jeri was extremely helpful. He is best salesmen I’ve ever dealt with and I will be coming back in the future. Brought my key fob in to be reprogrammed for my car. The dealership wasn’t able to get it connected even though it is a Volkswagen key fob and still charged me 90. They then threaten to call the cops on me!!!! I have never gotten such horrible service in my whole life. I would have paid half 45 instead for them trying but after looking into it they were lying and it is a legit Volkswagen key. Beware! Stay away walk away run away drive away whatever you have to do take a train plane or automobile to get Away from these crooks! Including pictures of the keys for proof of their authenticity. Edit they falsified information to deny my claim against the charge. I included pictures of charges that are falsified. Not my card number and not my car! Beware they are liars and thieves! Reply to team vw: I was told “if it is a vw key fob 100% we’ll be able to reprogram it. If it is an aftermarket key fob they it will be 50/50 odds.” Never once was I told I’d have to pay even if you weren’t able to connect a authentic VW key.

I just bought my 2nd Volkswagen from Team Volkswagen. I bought a Tiguan for my daughter and I just bought a Atlas SEL Premium. Both of these cars I bought from Ryan Roddy. Ryan is very professional and he is always looking to make sure he takes care of the customer. This time around I did not have a lot of time to spend at the dealer to buy my car. I let Ryan know where I wanted to be as far as a deal and financing and he made it work. He had everything done for me when I showed up. I was in and out within an hour. When I was signing my paperwork my financial manger who is as getting my paper work together was very professional. He let me know what options I had had far as extended warranty and other things. However he was never trying to push anything on me. He just let me know what my options were. You can tell that the culture at Team Volkswagen is all about taking care of the customer. This must start with the owners down to the general manager ( Mac Cannon) I can’t say enough about my experience. If you are in the market for a Volkswagen or Audi I highly recommend Team Volkswagen. I am sure all the sales consultants are top notch. I noticed the atmosphere when I walked into the dealership. Every one is willing to help. Thanks again for making my car buying experience a great one and you definitely have a customer for life.

My daughter's car broke down on I-65 and her car was towed to Team Volkswagen. They were very quick in getting the car in to evaluate so I knew if I would get the car back that day or if I had to arrange for transportation back home and pickup later. They accurately identified the issue, ordered the parts and had the car ready per original commit. We were lucky that we broke down so close to Team Volkswagen.
