Patrick came out and helped me streamline the IT in our office as well as switch over from windows to Mac. He worked efficiently and got everything we needed done. The follow up was excellent as we found some spyware that needed remedying. Sunil and Patrick are very responsive and ensured we were satisfied with the work done. My business is very dependent on computer systems and the employees are constantly backing up data and updating our systems to make sure that everything is running smoothly. I can't say enough about this company! I wish I had found them before spending many, many hours helping a relative (unsuccessfully) sort out her issues. A team Logic rep came to the home and spent about 2 hours getting all Apple devices working perfectly together. I would never have figured it out. On top of other issues, there have been some changes with AOL/Verizon that have created some glitches. The technician also helped with resetting passwords, and gave a few hints to make other things easier in the future. His visit was followed up by two calls to make sure everything was running properly. Everyone was patient with our lack of computer savvy, and everyone in the company is extremely professional and courteous. I am comfortable referring this company to my friends and relatives.
