Took my son’s phone in to repair it’s cracked screen. This place is amazing. The repair was reasonably priced and it only took 20 minutes. I was also able to grab a new phone case and a screen protector. This store has everything you may need phone wise for a quick grab and go. The service is excellent and the staff is so kind and helpful. I definitely recommend!

this place just opened up and has great service. the store is set up so nicely and they are very understanding. It’s a new place so not a lot of reviews are up but i highly recommend to give it a try. they will always try to workout the best price for you and give you the service that is top notch!
This place is new with great service and fast repairs which come with warranty as well. I had water damaged phone and the people at tech pro were able to check it out without any diagnostic fee which is huge because gadget guru charges 60. This place checks out problems in your phone free of charge and they were so thorough with explaining the solution . the aesthetics are just great inside the store . Loved the vibes. Glad it came to my area, owings mills!
I thought I needed a new phone and before deciding that, went to Tech Pros. Alvi immediately diagnosed the issue as an expanded battery and replaced them; and provided me a complimentary tempered glass shield for my business. It was all done in less than 20 mins and works like new! Please see them if you have issues with your gadgets.
Was very happy with the service on my galaxy s20 plus. The gentleman working there were very polite and knowledgeable about my phone and was able to answer the questions that I had. Was able to get my screen repaired and returned back to me the same day.
The staff very helpful. They were able to get me in and out. I would come again and the best part was it did not cost me much to fix my item.
