I made a two year contract with them for AC service every couple of months and paid it in full. Every time they came they tried to sell me UV lights and duct cleaning for my three AC for aprox. 10.000 bucks (!). I can not afford this much money and I felt this is too expensive. So a friend of mine did an 8 hour ride and installed three UV lights to sanitize the ACs. Not cheap ones, but good ones. That cost me 1.800. When this company came the next time for service they told me the service contract is void since someone else installed UV lights. They are the only ones who are allowed to open the AC (or repair or install anything). I should read my contract. In short: they tried to rip me off and when it did not work they went away without doing the work they were paid for. Sad.

My 13yr old unit was leaking and full of mold and slime. After inspection and getting all my questions answered by Luis and Kyle, my new replacement was installed the next day. The men were polite and cleaned up very well. I'm very satisfied

Drastically overcharging on replacement parts. During the last service I was told that the UV bulb had burned out and needed replacement, The price of a replacement bulb with 2 year warranty was 310.00, The bulb a Second Wind UV bulb w/2 is advertised on internet by Second W for a price less than 59.00. TSI Mark-up some 190%. What a ripp off.

This has to be the worst hvac company in SW Florida. From the time I bought my unit from them, they were continually trying to sell me another one. The last straw was when their tech came for a prepaid service call. He was rude and insulting and actually made obscene gestures to me when he was leaving. I would suggest staying far away from this company.
