I am very pleased with both the sales team and the service department at Ted Britt Ford of Chantilly. Gil Lee was my salesman and he was super respectful of my time and concerns. He did not pressure me into the sale and worked with me on my trade in value. I found a few issues with the preowned vehicle shortly after the sale and the dealership took care of everything easily and quickly with no additional cost to me. I am super satisfied with how the sale and subsequent service was conducted.

This was by far the best car buying experience I've had. Alia was great! Before running across Alia, I spent a few weeks researching, price shopping and contacting dealers to find the right deal.
