My telecharge purchasing experience was great. I was able to select my own orchestra seats from the chart and select the best seats for the prices being offered. Several seats were dumped back into the pool before I made my final decision and the screens quickly went back to the previous without going all the way back to the beginning or to the telecharge home screen. My only complaint would be that the site doesn’t allow you to purchase seats in different sections at the same time (on the same order). I had to purchase center orchestra and stage right orchestra seats separately (two different confirmation numbers). Other than that, it was an awesome purchasing experience.
