I would not recommend doing business with Telephone Associates. The phone lines do not work well. Nine out of 10 times it works when we dial out, but the 10th time it won't connect and you have to hang up and dial again. We had issues with our fax line as well. When the repair guy came out to look at it, he reeked of booze, and wasn't able to fix the issue. When we cancelled just our fax line for (you guessed it) not working properly, they slapped me with a 1,000 cancellation fee and then fraudulently charged my credit not once, but twice while this fee was in dispute. Their customer service team has been combative from the very beginning as well, and they will not allow me to speak with a manager or owner at all. A cut rate operation if there ever was one.
