The service was great. Kept me involved all through the process. My insurance tried to rescind some of the coverage for repairs after it was agreed that repairs will be covered and Kim from Telesis called me and worked with me all the way until i got the issue squared away with my insurance. Within a week i got my car back in great condition.

Great place if you need a car repaired. It took them 1 week to repair my Jeep Grand Cherokee. Replaced my passenger side fender, bumper, and front suspension and many other parts. I highly recommend this Shop to anyone that need a car repaired in Palmdale Ca. Totally impressed and indebted to them.

My car suffered a hit and run, I was referred by my insurance to come here and I am so thankful I was. First, the professionalism is off the charts. I was greeted by everyone in the office and a few gentlemen in the garage, they went over everything right away even called to check on parts so we had a better idea of how long I was looking at. Next, they give you updates the whole time. I never had to wonder what was going on or call them. Lastly, my car was done a day earlier and it was perfectly done. I absolutely recommend them for any of your car needs.

Wow!! What an amazing team. Kim was awesome ( I hope I’m remembering that right ) but you know who you are love!! She called me within minutes of submitting my claim with my insurance company and book same day pick up of my car. Very fast and efficient considering I had to wait a week to actually file my claim due to covid and snow storms. I will only do business with Telisis if I ever need body work. My car is flawless!! looks like nothing happened they were 11 days earlier than they estimated and pleasant through the entire process. Kept me updated via phone abs text. They even stayed a little later than business hours to accommodate my late arrival for a pick up. As a single mommy or mommy period this was so special to me. Because it can be a struggled gathering my squad !! Lol. Thank you for the excellent work and kind care you provided me. I hope I won’t be back. ( no offense ) but if I ever have to fix another car. I will only come to you. God bless you and your business! Amen!
