I did an at home color then tried to remove it with oops so I wound up with my natural gray and PINK horizontal stripes! So I went in not sure what would happen but they managed to get my hair a deep beautiful red and covered all my mistakes. I will continue to go to them for my touch ups!

I asked for a simple shoulder length cut framing my face with layers.I had waisted length hair now it is above my shirt collar in back and longer on the sides it's about 10 differant lengths.I have been wearing a sock cap since I got home today.Its the worst haircut I have had in my life
