Tad McDowell

I recently met on the phone with Jack Ruesch for a civil legal issue. I have spent weeks compiling data and talking with many relevant personnel. I fully respect and understand an attorney's right to take on (or not take on) cases at their discretion, but I am severely disappointed in Jack. He declined to meet with me any further on the issue and refused to even review the data I had compiled. In my brief interaction with him, I came away with the opinion that he is a lazy old man who's mailing it in at the end of his career. As a result, I do not recommend approaching him with any issue that requires any actual legal effort. Sometimes, lawyers should do things because it's the right thing to do. I don't believe Jack is the guy to meet that expectation. To his credit, he did provide me with a referral to another attorney who was far more interested in providing guidance and proper guidance. This is my opinion based on my experience.

Not only did I not get a call back, I didn't get the courtesy of an apology. John should be embarrassed. The firm should be abhorred. Obviously the below reviews are from friends, aquaintences, employees. Sad

I used Telpner Peterson Law Firm to assist me with my Father's estate when he passed away. . At a time when I had so many different things to think about, I met with this law firm, Peggy Caruso immediately took my information and I did not have to worry about anything. My emails and phone calls were returned promptly, I was kept informed on what was going on and what they had done and what I needed to do. I would recommend this law firm for any situation. They are truly very experienced and very caring people who I would trust completely.
