Guy totally mansplained that the fridge french doors pop open on one side when you close the other, because of the pressure change of closing the door. I refused to believe this explanation and pushed harder, because the doors have been working normally for 4 years. He investigated further and determined that the door hinge was broken, and said he would order a new door. They scheduled to return, said the door that came in was damaged and canceled. Rescheduled, never showed up. Won't return calls. Go with someone else. They aren't professional, and they treat women poorly.

We did not choose Telrad Electronics of Fort Wayne, but rather our extended warranty company found them to be the closest repair company for our Maytag Stainless fridge. Our door was not closing properly, which meant we needed a new plastic closer (39) for the bottom. Our repair tech, Jeremy, searched and searched and could not figure out the problem until my wife pointed out the issue. He eventually said he'd have to order a new door, which didn't make any sense. This initial visit was November 6, 2020. After approximately 6 weeks, we heard back that the door had arrived, but it was dented and could not be used. Finally, the company set up a January 4th date for installation. When that day arrived, I took the day off work to be sure someone was present. I received two text messages confirming the appointment and that he was on his way. Nobody showed up. We waited to call the office until the end of the week, and received no answer or return phone call. Highly unprofessional and incompetent. Do not call them. If your extended warranty company refers them, kindly ask for another.

OMG! Seriously, don't call them. Call anyone else. Your brother's best friend's cousin is a better bet than this company. Rude, unavailable, unprofessional, really really dreadful. I didn't buy a Greek Squad warranty so I could dry my clothes on a rope outside for a MONTH! They've canceled 2 appointments and told us it would ANOTHER week before they could come out. Nope. This isn't baseball, you don't get 3 strikes. I called Best Buy customer service and they were super helpful in scheduling a company that will actually come out and repair my dryer. I don't know why Best Buy contracted repairs through them but it was a mistake. Best Buy if you're reading this, drop these guys.

This was the only place in town to fix my curved 65 inch Samsung 8 series TV. I had a cracked screen and it was fixed in a timely manner. It was pricey which I understood it would be, but every question I had they explained everything to me to where I would understand. After it was fixed I had an issue with my apps not coming up and the sound not working, but I brought it back in and was fixed in again in a timely manner, no charge. The only thing I kinda had a problem with was bringing the TV back to get that second issue fixed because the TV was so big. Other than that the staff was very courteous and like I said earlier, explained everything I asked about. I reviewed the ratings for this company so I was skeptical at first because of all the negative reviews. I guess everyone's experience is going be different in situations, but I recommend this company and I glad I didn't let the negative reviews stop me from using them.

I noticed several of the reviews were not good and felt I should share my excellent experience. I had a washer under warranty that needed fixed in the midst of the social distancing. They tried to call me and followed up with a letter in the mail to let me know the parts were on order per the error codes. As soon as the parts were in the tech came and replaced only to find another error when trying to calibrate my washer. He immediately ordered the part and was back two days later (was supposed to be a week) and replaced the other part. My washer is running great (in fact better than when I purchased). Communication was excellent, they were very professional and respectful of distancing. Well done.
