There are not enough good things I can say about Dr Bill Jou and his entire office staff. I have never had such a wonderful experience with any doctor or his staff in my life. I feel so fortunate to have found him and highly recommend him and his office! Thank you for everything, both Dr and staff!

I am completely fed up with them I have not seen the same doctor since I have been going so I have to explain my health to a new person each time and I had to call 3 times to get a prescription filled when they finally put it in they had changed my prescription to something I've already said I couldn't use so I called back and had to explain to the person that I couldn't use them to which she told me a doctor I haven't even seen would rather I use the other prescription I had to tell her no 3 times and that I needed my original prescription when I went to address this with them because I'm a brittle diabetic who can't keep coming off my medicine and need to know when my next appointment is they told me it's my insurances fault not theirs for changing my prescription without asking and that I should go see a different speacialist. They'd rather put the blame on other people and send you off to a different doctor so they don't have to fix the problems with their employees absolutely unacceptable

This is the best Endo doctors I have ever had. Very caring and willing to try new things and help out with any questions you have. I recommend him.

I've been going to Dr. Joi for a few years. He is an exceptional doctor. He is worth the wait if there are many patients. He is not in a rush, explains everything, wants to know how you feel, questions you have and if you're satisfied before you leave. The staff is also exceptional. I had some personal issues which required a few cancel/reschedules. The staff understood, used extreme patience and took care of me. Terrific doctor.

Dr. Jou is fantastic. I came to him after having discovered a nodule on my thyroid 6-8 months prior at which time I was told to rescan in 6-months. When a I saw Dr. Jou for the first time, rather than do a scan he sent me to a top specialist to have a fine needle biopsy. Turns out I had thyroid cancer which required surgery. His quick action led me down a path of treating my issue early before it became serious. I am very inquisitive and ask many questions during my appointments. He always takes his time to thoughtfully answer my questions. Typically when doctors run late, that is the reason. I can’t fault him too much for that. He has a busy practice, and I have probably had to wait 10-15 minutes most times, only once did I have to wait about 30. His staff is helpful and they actually reach out to me when it is time for me to get bloodwork done or get new images. They are proactive and not sitting idly by. Many doctors offices don’t ever follow up and to me that is part of being a good provider of care. I’m fortunate to be in Dr. Jou’s care and I trust him with my ongoing medical issue.
