Called Nick for my copier needs at my work place. He not only remembered me from our first contact, but when he couldn't make it out to me, he offered to help me solve the problem by phone. He ended up coming out at his soonest available opening. Highly recommend Nick for his professionalism and willingness to help however he is able to. It communicates to me how he desires to solve my printer problem as much as I desire to have it solved.

Very happy with my service. Nick was quick to respond, knew exactly how to fix a simple printer problem. Was flexible and allowed me to drop off my printer to look at it same day. When printer was acting up again, he showed up promptly to my home office to service my printer at no extra charge. Offered to order printer parts just in case but printer has been working just fine without it. Would call again if needed in the future.
Nick was super professional, punctual and got exactly what I needed done! I was in a pinch and he was able to come right over and fix my machine. I highly recommend! Thank you Inland Empire Print Doctor :)
