What an awesome studio! They teach acting, musical theater, fashion design - anything to do with the creative and performing arts! Their black stage performing area is excellent too.

Classes for all ages! The passion behind their mission is something that shines through. I would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for a Hollywood experience, close to home.
My time at JDS Actors Studio has been awesome. Scott is a great teacher both in person and online. I really like the passion that he has to teach the art of acting. He really strives to bring out the best in his students. I've learned so much in just the few months I've been taking classes.
Very unprofessional, rude, and unacceptable. This shady business is owned by scott (teacher) and his wife (unsure of her job title) I am forced to leave a bad review, which will only be the truth. I tried to avoid this, but they are very unreasonable people once they get your money. Scott's wife confirmed my personal and never scheduled it. She had 2 weeks to figure it out. When I showed up for my appointment, she acted like she had no clue and was trying to put the blame on me. She never once apologized for her mistake. She left me waiting for over an hour and didn't check on me for 45 minutes. When she finally came in to get me, she said scott was finishing up eating in the back, then he can see me. Scott saw me for 5 minutes, cut me off when I was talking and said he had to go. I still was willing to give it a chance, the class I paid for was nothing like the audit. It took over an hour to get started in the paid class. We all had to sit there for an hour listening to scott while he ate a cup of noodles. I left there feeling like I learned nothing. This isnt what I agreed to pay for. I didn't have a good experience to say the least. Dont waste your time or money here! They refuse to give money back. I went in to get a copy of all the papers I signed and Scott's wife said she didn't keep them but then she said it is scanned in the computer and refused to give me an copy of the papers I signed. This place is a scam and they are not honest good people. Dont look twice at this place, go somewhere that's not a scam!
Amazing studio, great people and Scott really gets the most out of you and make you feel welcome.
