The quality of service was fine. I had an appointment and the Service Rep was able to get me in on time. Parts and labor prices are extremely high and I would be relucted to recommend Temecula Nissan to family and friends. Oil change price was reasonable but 180 for a battery replacement was not reasonable. My vehicle only had 26,000 miles, but for whatever reason, there was no longer a warranty on the factory installed Nissan Battery.

To call amazing the customer service at this dealer is an under statement. I normally hate buying cars from a dealer, but they made my wife and I feel like a loyal customer and not another sale. Chris, Brandon, and Cierra were the best to work with. They made everything in their power to make sure we got the best deal on the car and we did.
