There is one word that comes to mind when I think of this school: JOY! My daughter was so happy being there. After a difficult time (my daughters painful surgery, family difficulties, and moving to Temecula CA) we were worried about finding the right school, specially because she had been in a Montessori school since she was 2. She had been through so much, we wanted to make a smooth transition for her finding a holistic learning school similar to what she was used to. So we found Wildroots! As soon as you walk in you can feel the love for the children. My daughter wanted to stay the day we visited (she was 5). One of the most important things for us is that their approach to learning would maintain that little sparkle and thirst for knowledge that kids naturally have. Once she started, she was very engaged in learning, and since their program is hands on, she just thrived! We felt welcomed to this city by the embrace of this loving school. My child arrived and left each day joyful. Learning was relevant for her and we noticed her mental and emotional growth everyday at home. We felt that every aspect of our childs development was carefully nurtured. This gave us a sense of peace and trust since kids spend so many hours at school. Now that they have opened elementary with the Acton Academy program (wich brought me to happy tears just to hear their approach), I am so excited! it really gives me hope and a sense of trust that our kiddos will be ok in these divisive times. Wild Roots has remained in our hearts and we hope to be part of this new project soon!

My experience with Wild Roots has been amazing! Treated with nothing but kindness. My daughter just glows when talking about her school. She gets so excited just driving past :) and loves to go, when I drop her off I have to ask for a kiss goodbye as she’s runs to her teacher Ms. Lidia. My daughter has always been shy and wanted to be my mommy. So we couldn’t be happier to be at Wild Roots.

My son Winston has been at Wild Roots since April and I'm extremely impressed with the unique and creative environment provided at Wild Roots. The teachers are all fabulous and go out of their way to make everyday a unique and fun day for the children with their planning of projects and activities. The teachers all have a high level of respect for the children and are all such a joy to interact with. It is so wonderful to see how passionate and determined Brittany/Jen are to make this the best school for the students. I am so excited and can't wait to enroll my daughter in their toddler program this fall! We are so lucky to have found Wild Roots and look forward to the coming years with our children here.

Wild Roots Preschool (formerly Little Horse Montessori) was everything that I had hoped to find in a school for our two kids. Alyssa, our daughter, now 5 1/2 has been attending school with Mrs. Brittney for the past three years and our son Nahki entered this year just past his third birthday. The most important criteria for us in choosing a school was to find a place where our kids would be respected and given the opportunity to discover and develop their own talents and interests. Wild Roots has always fulfilled this criteria, chiefly by hiring and maintaining an excellent staff of kind, attentive teachers and helpers that our children have grown to love. The staff does a remarkable job creating an environment where kids play and learn in tandem and are given ample free play to develop strong social skills and make life long friendships. Alyssa will be entering the Kindergarten program this year and at its conclusion I will be truly sad because I'll wonder if any educational experience in her future will hold a candle to Wildroots.
