For this store to be a Williams Sonoma, I’ve seen better customer service At macys. I walked in was not greeted, multiple employees walked passed and did not ask to assist me. The store it self isn’t that appealing, Would not recommend shopping at this location.

We came in to check out the All-Clad D5 5 piece pan set. We left with that and so much more. All for the same price. Our sales person was wonderful. She helped us find all the best deals and get some bonuses as well

Ruined Our Thanksgiving. Ordered turkey for Thanksgiving 11/17/18 11 am. Was promised turkey would arrive by 11/21/18.I called 11/21/18 and was advised turkey was in route and would be delivered to the door 11/21/18. Waited until midnight and no turkey. Learned 11/23/18 that the turkey had not even been shipped. No integrity. Only one star reviews on BBB. Don't let them ruin a family holiday like they ruined ours.
