I had a formal evening wedding. As I am immediate family ankle length. I problem is my shoulders are too narrow but have to get larger size to accommodate my bust. I too got a great deal . I paid 60 for my dress and 65 for the alteration. She did a wonderful job. All employees are very helpful and pleasant. I recommend this establishment. It did take a few days but it was October and they are very busy.

I came to get some patches done and they had a decent price. They also do dry cleaning. The lady in the front is very friendly and polite. They have great hours ! I will be bringing my dry cleaning items here :]

Bottom line: DO NOT GO HERE. IT'S NOT WORTH IT. If you want the full story, here: Initially, my experience was great. I had to get a dress tailored there for a wedding I was going to the next week. Mind you, the dress only cost me 35 and I had never worn it; the tags were even still on the dress when I went to take it in. They had everything done in time, which was awesome, but they were only open 10-3 PM, in the middle of most people's work days. Naturally, I had my boyfriend pick it up for me. The cost was 65 (LOLLL) and he paid it and left. When I got home from work later that evening and after running all of my errands to prepare for leaving for the wedding, I was able to try the dress on. It didn't fit around my bust (I couldn't zip it more than halfway) and it was a lot shorter than I had originally planned, completely classless for a wedding. I contacted the number IMMEDIATELY because here I am, leaving for a wedding the next morning, with NO dress to wear. The woman who had been texting me about my order did not answer. Granted it was 11 PM, but I wanted a solution or at least an apology, maybe a refund, BUT NO. She sent me a voicemail, sent me a text, and then told me she would NOT be refunding my order at all. She did ask me to bring the dress in so she could look at it, but I have no idea what she thinks she was going to fix. Instead of arguing with the non-professional \businesswoman\ she thinks she is, I took the loss (OF ALMOST 100) and decided to just write a review. Amie, if you're reading this, DO BETTER. You don't deserve business with your o refund policy\ and I hope you lose at least 100 because of this post. Thanks for reading :)

The extra star because I got my money back. However, I feel it was mainly because I was made to feel like I was too demanding. Instead, I was only asking and confirming expectations given to me on timing and options. Very disappointed. Listen to your customers and act like you care. Will be going back to my regular seamstress in Ahwatukee. She may take two weeks but her work is magnificent and her service to her customers is amazing. Sometimes you pay for what you get. Please set proper expectations and when you say you can do something (look for fabric) please do it and put for the effort your customers are paying for. I’ll end with, rest assured this review will come with no accountability whatsoever.

I brought a couple items in to get fixed; one pair of pants that needed to be hemmed and a shirt with a hole under the arm pit area. They did a fabulous job and were reasonably priced. They even found another small hole in the front of the shirt, that they just sewed up for me free of charge. I will be bringing a dress in to get the zipper replaced in the next couple days. I will be using them going forward, no complaints. Thank you!!
