The management of this place is poor. I went without internet for almost 3 months; the staff is so hard to reach. Either they are not available, or they are having lunch. Email responses are slow as well. The state has eased up on some restrictions; however, they refuse to open the gym, the pool, not even the printing services while all other apartments around us are open. I have been told they do not plan on opening any of the amenities this year. Honestly, if you are not going to let us use what we pay for, why not reduce the rent? this is daylight scamming. PLEASE, DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND FIND ANOTHER PLACE TO STAY; I SHOULD HAVE TAKEN THE REVIEWS MORE SERIOUSLY DURING MY SEARCH!! This place is more expensive compared to nearing apartments, and you do not get close to what you pay for.

ASU students be careful about choosing this complex. They have had their internet down for months and they are no help. When you call the front desk to complain all they say is that they're working on it. Working on it for 2 months??? 90% of classes at ASU are online only right now so what's the point of staying here if we cant even go to our online classes without having to go to campus and use their computer labs. Even trying to contact the manager, the front desk person said that I can \maybe\ catch them in the mornings. How is the apartment manager maybe available? This place is all looks but no actual substance. University House or Rise seem like better locations.

I was pretty excited when I moved into 922, it seemed like a pretty nice place with good amenities. The first month, the gym and pool were closed, that’s understandable with Covid and all. The second month, still closed, so I emailed the management team and asked when the pool and gym would open; I was told as soon as ASU opens everything up, they would open up the pool and gym. Well, ASU opened everything up about a month ago, every apartment building around us has everything open and yet our pool and gym are still blocked off and unusable. Highly disappointed considering it is pretty expensive to live here. OPEN UP THE AMENITIES WE PAY FOR.

Will find any reason to charge you. Selfish management, they do not care about helping their residents, they only care about making money. Terrible experience, Do Not live here.
