Okay this is my first review but I took my laptop in due to a black screen and the diagnose cost me 140.. no problem.. My problem is they tried to tell me I needed to replace my entire motherboard and that part plus labor would be over 700.. With further research I opened the laptop myself shorty after going to this place and I literally fixed the computer on my own.. You are really telling me that I do not do this for a living and I figured out the problem like that and I gave them my time and money to fix the laptop and they trying to tell me it would cost more.. I would have no problem paying them to fix it if the motherboard was the actual problem but I am currently typing this review ON MY LAPTOP. Come on guys ya'll have a shop open and everything! I do not do this for a living.. Almost cost me a grand when in reality it should have costed me 0.. I would ask for my money back but it is okay! Great people but terrible experience... UPDATE: Though the experience was bad at first the customer service was amazing. Got a call from the manager and was very polite and helpful. Refunded me the money. If I ever need help in the future I wouldn’t mind coming back to ABC Computer Plus. They also answered all questions I had no problem.

Andy!!! He really save my life (in a technology sense) I was panicking my MacBook Air 2015/16 edition started to mess up and the 1st guy told me “it’s the mother/logicboard” so I came to ABC for a second opinion and BAM!!!!!Andy looked at it for a couple of mins and fixed it with no problem... I know where I’m going for all my technological needs now!!! Thanks again Andy and ABC computer Plus

When I came in to get my laptop fixed, they went over basic questions and did tell me upfront what the cost was so I can decide if I wanted to continue with them or not. And they did explain the reasoning for the estimate price they gave me. I loved the transparency. Not only that, I think they fixed a purely cosmetic issue for me for free which was nice. My laptop was fixed with two hours and great communication by being notified in email and text that my laptop was ready for pick up. I don’t know much about electronics but I would definitely recommend this place. p.s. if they need to open up your laptop internally it’s like 85 if it’s an easy fix.
