The husband found an article about Adventurous Stills, so we decided to do a tour with some friends. It's not a large distillery, which adds to its uniqueness. The tour takes about an hour there are samples and you get an up close and personal view of the stills working. Pretty co experience. They have a bar and the drinks were amazing. We tried several drinks and the amazing bartender was great about creating some on the spot too. The margarita she made was a perfect balance and by far THE best one I've ever had. Do yourself a favor and check this place out!
Great tour and tasting. Excellent spirits all made in house. Cocktail menu has something for everyone. Highly recommend!
What an absolute wonderful tour. From the time you walk through the door they make you feel at home. Cat the bartender was extremely friendly and very welcoming. Jeff gave us our tour and he was amazing. He shared so much interesting information we've never heard. Just such an informative tour. The taste testing was awesome. I would 100% recommend touring this amazing local distillery. I love that I learned about Angels share....what a super cool story.
This place is a fun local distillery that makes great drinks from their own liquor and has a great atmosphere. And this was just a few that I sampled.
This place is truly great and one of a kind! Their bartender made one of the best old fashions I've ever had using with own home brewed and award winning bourbon. I would highly recommend visiting and taking a tour of their process! I'll definitely be back and look for their product on the shelves.
One of my favorite finds since moving to Arizona is Adventurous Stills .Not only do they make some of the best whiskey and spirits ,what sets them apart is everything is handmade in house from grain to bottle. The staff is always friendly and happy to let you have a sample and answer any questions that you have. Ended up a bottle of Rye Whiskey and a bottle of Barrel Aged Gin. We also managed to get a bottle of hard to find hand sanitizer. I would consider the visit an all around win.
Amazing experience from entry to exit. The owner, Jeff, greeted us immediately upon arrival and got us situated at the bar to grab a cocktail prior to the distillery tour getting started. I had a Mule and my partner had a Manhattan. Both were stellar. Almost as stellar as the tour the drinks preceded. Jeff led us on a journey from grain to glass and shared an immense amount of information covering things like engineering, drinking, and science! The entire endeavor was awesome and I look forward to returning in the near future to grab another bottle and telling my local pals to check the place out. Thanks again for an awesome experience!
