Been coming here for years! I have thick, curly hair that I used to hate to deal with. At Altered Ego I have had great cuts from several stylists, and they all have taught me more about how to take care of my curls, make them happy, and my hair is so much healthier for it! I also appreciate the safety measures they are taking with the pandemic. I have not had a cut in ages, and they made me feel safe. Always a great experience here :)

Omg, lovely experience! Met with Terri for my Deva cut and.. girl. She is so good!! And so darn nice ! The customer service was impeccable from EVERYONE there. Highly recommended!
Absolutely love how great Teri is! She did a fantastic job on taking out the old and installing the new Great Lengths! She hi lighted and blended beautifully! Blending is sometimes the hardest part for some and she did an amazing job! She’s a really great person and easy to talk to, the time flies by which is nice considering I’m in her chair for 3-5 hours each time! The time it takes and the pricing is average and similar to many other places I’ve been to. I’m so grateful I found her, she’s got lots of years of experience with hair extensions and it shows! I’m very picky who I have do my hair and usually know after the first visit if I think it looks good enough to go back again and I’m so happy I don’t have to search for any longer!
First off, I would like to say the positive things I found at this place. I called and made an appointment to get my hair colored (no cut). When I arrived I found this place to be very inviting and clean. All the stylist and staff were very nice and upbeat. However, the place is WAY OVERPRICED!!!! I have a short pixie hair cut and got color and a few highlight. When she told be how much it was going to be I about fell out of my chair! I paid 169.00 (without tip) for just a color and a some highlights for my SHORT hair! And I’m all about you pay for what you get, but I’ve never ever in my life paid that for my hair to be colored, nor will I ever again! It did look nice, but there isn’t anything that she did that was different then the normal 80.00 to 100 I’ve paid many other places( including Vegas)I tired it because it was recommended from a friend and I Was new to the area. So if your going to try this place make sure you bend over because they definitely hit you where it hurts!
