Ordered some uniforms for my wife from here. 4 calendar days after placing the order I called the store to see why my order had not been shipped, no email, no charge on my card, etc. I spoke with Brock who informed me that 1 of the 4 items I ordered was not in stock. After receiving less than favorable help on the phone I decided to cancel my order and come into the store. Upon arrival I find out that Brock had completely disregarded our entire phone call and charged my Card anyways. Thankfully Doreen was here to help make everything right. She was able to supply me with a replacement shirt that was comparable both in price and color to the one that was out of stock. She was very helpful and pleasant to talk to. Doreen is the reason for this not being a 1 or 2 star review.
