Service was good today. The Greek Gero wrap was delicious. As the buffalo chicken sandwich. Highly recommend. Nice fast drive through.
Just do the roast beef here. That's what they're known for and that's what they do the best. For the second time I tried one of their limited time menu promotions and for the second time I wasted my money. The Market Fresh pecan chicken salad sandwich at almost 6 with tax was neither fresh and had scant evidence of pecans. Stale bread (as before when they promoted a Reuben) with a pasty mix of processed chicken bits spread over 1/2 of each portion, a few grape appearing pieces mashed on lots and lots of lettuce. It was take out on the way home and wasn't worth the trip back to return it. It was a Sunday so maybe I got what was left after a busy weekend, but it was awful. To their credit, their roast beef is consistent with what Arby's has been know for over the years. Going forward I'll stick to that. (Although sometimes I have to arm wrestle the older lady at drive thru for that extra packet of Arby's sauce, lol)
Tried the deep fried turkey with cranberry sauce. Only gave it a 3 because there was barely any cranberry and the turkey didn't seem eal\.
Well if I left you a review using my wife's language I'm pretty sure it would have to be removed for being offensive. Just as offensive as your service though I'm sure. Is that It? Am I done? No I wasn't the 1st dozen times you asked me as I tried to place my order with the rudest employee ever either. Looked at your menu before I drove over to buy food from you apparently the item that you have on your menu on this Google page is not being served. I was disappointed I could not order the bourbon barbecue triple Decker. Then we get home and my kids don't have their juice and my fries or half empty like one of your employees ate them before giving me my food. Arby's used to be great, this made me never want to go to this arby's at least ever again. I mean look at my kid's face in the photo.
