My wife and I had been feeling very ill so we called Arizona environmental specialist to have a mold test done Colin came in and he was very friendly knowledgeable and professional he made us feel like family. We have the lab results and he had called to consult us within 24 hours.The only issue I had was he was having issues getting the pump to work of the air sample machine and he didn't test the air quality in the bathroom that had the mold we found was in and since we had used plastic to quarantine off that area from the rest of the apartment I feel that room should have been tested. He recommended professional mold removal remediation and said he would test the air after the mold was removed. We are praying that it's removed completely so that we can start living comfortably and safe again. Having the test done gave us valuable information and advice on how to proceed.

Great experience with this company and they make sure to show where the water damage is and explain what will need to be done to fix it. Then samples were taken and they have the results back to you in 24 hrs. I am very pleased with the service I received and would definitely recommend them. He also recommended some stuff to help me in the meantime until the problem was fixed. Very knowledgeable and kind staff.

Great customer service! I called with some concerns about asbestos in my home, and they were very patient and knowledgeable in answering all my questions. Even though it appears I won't need to use their service, they took the time to talk to me. Highly recommend.

Had a solicitor from this company come to the door requesting a water sample. After determining that the name sounds very official, but they are not associated with the state in anyway, I obliged the request and stated I would observe their findings. The next day another member of the service arrived. I greeted him cordially at the front door and requested to review the results out front of my residence as opposed to inside since I have a young daughter and immunocompromised wife. The employee scoffed at my request and was very upset that I requested to meet him outside my home on my shared patio with a table and chairs. It was clear he simply wanted to get into my home, for what reason I am not sure. But his attitude was unprofessional and seemed very predatory. Needless to say, I will not be recommending this company or any of its services.
