Whole contact system is confusing. Trying my best to contact someone but not sure where to start. I know they're probably busy but there has to be a public understanding on how contact system works because as it is right now, like I said, it's confusing.

Am trying to apply here and want to speak to an admission representative but have been on hold for over 43 minutes!!!! Brutal experience so far, feel like I am being held hostage because I have been on hold for so long that I don't want to hang up or get up and waste this time. Unacceptable on all levels. Wish I could have given negative starts but that isn't available.
