Had multiple questions, they were very helpful, knowledgeable, and provided resources of interpretation as I'm not good in English. SW's are very nice, provided above and beyond information and when the question is not in their area, they state that and provide further guidance. LOVE THIS PLACE, Wish I can work here one day.

Courteous and professional staff. They treat everyone with respect and have a deep knowledge of regulations that affect international students and scholars at ASU.

Pretty much the worst advice you can get from an \official immigration source.\ I have been given snippy & rude replies when I inquired about a fee breakdown for some services they offer. The immigration advisors are often lost themselves and once they even made me go to the local ICE office (several miles away; took me 1 hours to get there with public transportation), only for me to find out that the trip was totally unnecessary! I would never trust any of their advice without a second opinion.

They are quick and the service is good! only thing is that the senior employees are not available for appointments easily also there have been instances when they provided incomplete information to students due to which students had to suffer.
