I've lived here 2 years in a recently renovated studio, all new appliances, washer/dryer in every unit even the studio apt.! All new pool,fitness room, gas grill, office center, Amazon package lockers. Very nice people here and many neighbors have dogs. There are many young people and middle aged active residents here.

I was worried with the reviews about moving in, the AC has not given me any problems. It has been working just fine, and though of course any of us would want a regular AC unit, but for the price of the electricity and the way it runs it’s honestly okay! The staff in the front are so helpful as well as the timely maintenance and the response calls happen to fast! Jennifer in the front office has helped me with just about everything yoy could think of and has not only been one of the nicest people I’ve ever talked to, she is the most understanding snd thoughtful. She has helped me above and beyond and if you’re planning to come here I would absolutely suggest speaking with Jennifer, she will make your whole experience worth it
Over the past 4 years many renovations have taken place. New exterior paint, washer and dryers and flooring. In Less than a year the flooring was coming up and have been waiting in replacement. Appreciated the accommodations the management staff made to get my brother's carpet replaced. He's lived there for 11 years and the carpet was really worn. Replacing carpet is not part of the regular policy unless you're a new tenant. They made an exception and I appreciated that greatly. They have also replaced his oven, fridge and other items needed to be taken care of. We are resigning the lease and happy to stay at Avana in Tempe.
