Super helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable staff. They have everything you need. They also make house visits for repairs. You can bring in you pool vac for repairs and reconditioning.

Not only is this place comparably priced, their employees are very knowledgeable and helpful. I can't tell you how many times I came in with a minor repair and they fixed it for free. I have a swimming pool and a hot tub to maintain. And they will get all my business.

Where to start...I would never use Arnold's company again, as a matter of fact I got a new pool pump, had all the valves replaced but I used a different co. I had him do a remodel and throughout the construction he keep saying I needed this and that but of coarse that wasn't in the estimate. Several times they didn't show when they said they would, 2 different times he said his daughter was in a car accident. I complained about not showing up and he told me it generally takes longer when people complain, he did apologize later for the comment but it had already been said. They left a big mess we had to clean up.He did offer me 2 movie tickets if a gave him a 5 star review. I suppose I won't be getting those.

Not only were they able to diagnose it, they were able to explain to me how it broke and what I can do to prevent it in the future.
