I took my wife Nadege's van there for an oil change and these guys went above and beyond. I am so pleased with this oil change job. It was fantastic, I am so impressed with how polite and helpful they were. They did a super good job. I also noticed my breaklights were out and told ''WILL'' about it, he quickly went back and replaced them free of charge. I am so pleased for their professionalism. I Strongly recommend Big O Tires for service in your vehicle. Thanks guys
Tried billing 260 for an alignment. 130 of which was for an unnecessary aftermarket camber bolt. Crazy, considering car suspension and tires are 100% stock and should be adjustable to factory specifications without aftermarket parts. Anyway, I got the car aligned on same machine down the road for 79 with photograph of everything being perfectly aligned when they finished. Buyer beware. Either technicians are rip off artists or totally incompetent.
Came in without an appointment but the staff helped me right away. Definitely recommend Big O Tires.
