Used them for years, and then had one of their service persons come out and only do half the job. The next day I complained to the main office. They apologized and sent a different whole the next month. But they still expected me to pay for both visits, even though the first visit wasn't complete. They claim because I didn't confront the employee directly, and instead signed the paper to get him out of my home and then followed up with the office, I owed for both services. I refused. I did not pay. Now, a year later, they are still demanding payment. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

They came into my apartment while I was gone and sprayed. Upon coming into my home I check around, and I see a crack on my tv screen. I turn it on and it’s completely broke. Dude must of dropped it while spraying. He left no note on what happened.
Hard to believe that these guys not only kill bees they advertise it on their truck (wrapped with images of bees and a honeycomb). Bees are in serious danger (which means we are too) and you can literally have them moved for free, but these guys get paid to kill them.
Watch what services you receive from Biochem if it wasn’t for our cameras showing that the technicians weren’t spraying or checking our traps I wouldn’t believe they would go this LOW to FRAUD the Customer. And I brought this to their Management and forwarded the videos showing this and they apologized and said it wouldn’t happen again and said they would use the video in their next meeting with their technicians. So guess what they do it again this week didn’t fully spray or do the traps. How manny more Customers are they doing this to ?
