I'm seeing so any positive reviews so maybe they had an off day, but I wasn't happy with the service I received. When I first called it was to ask about the blackmagic pocket 4k camera back when they were sold out everywhere. The person who answered seemed annoyed that I'd called, presumably because they'd gotten many calls for this reason. Either way, that wasn't really a good start. Next, I asked if they sold a specific blackmagic product called a mini monitor. They did so I went and picked it up. I wasn't sure about the compatibility, and that's my fault for not researching enough, when I got it home it didn't work. I called to ask them about returns and they hem'd and haw'd and said that they'd check and get back to me. They never called me back. Now it's months later and after calling blackmagic support, I've come to find out that they don't recommend using this product on a windows machine. That would've been nice to know before buying it. Again, maybe I should've dug deeper but I feel like I let the experts know how little I knew about this and they didn't help me. Now I'm stuck with a product that is essentially a paperweight. EDIT: I called back and spoke with Jim and he took the time to explain what we both wish would have been brought up the first time. He does seem to be very knowledgeable and has no problem explaining the in-and -outs of the product line. That being the case, I changed my review from 3 to 4 stars.
This is one of those little gems you would never find unless you stumbled upon it like I did. Essentially it's an audio and video store and sells all sorts of gear. I specifically went to learn more about sigma lenses (they're an authorized dealer for Sigma) for my Canon DSLR. It's a very small shop but the 2 people working there were super nice and super knowledgeable. They showed me all the lenses and even offered to place them on their own camera so I could try them out. They answered all my questions and weren't annoyed that I didn't end up buying a lens that day. Highly recommended. Keep in mind they are in an industrial complex and it can be hard to find their building. Just give them a call when you're nearby and they can tell you exactly how to get there.
