This place is amazing! Best burger joint I've come across in a long time. Food is hot and the onion rings are too die for! Great friendly staff too. Just love this place. Will be a frequent shopper for sure. So so good!!! A must try... Love these little hole in the walls...

The name is confusing. It says burger “rush” but we ordered an hour ago, and have been sitting in our car just waiting. Drive thru is moving, but I think for online orders, they actually grow the grain to make the buns to order. The doors are all locked, people inside ignored us, and when we text the number listed to text for curbside pickup, it’s undeliverable (it’s a landline. What kind of business spends the money for signs that are outright wrong?) When we finally called to cancel the order, they just hung up. Can’t speak to the quality of food as I’m not entirely convinced they actually serve anything. Included a picture of my order

The service was excellent, and I really enjoyed my chocolate malt. I found my burger to be quite dry and a little tough as a result, but did have a nice smokey flavor. Perhaps it was overcooked or sat too long, I'm not sure. The toppings were nice and fresh, and my burger was prepped as requested. Following special instructions is really important and I like the attention to detail. I found the onion rings to be a little doughy in the middle, maybe a little too thick on the coating but the outside was tasty and crispy. I still ate them and still enjoyed them. I would probably pick fries next time. Was really appreciative of the text on arrival curbside service, and that when I requested lots of ketchup, I got lots of ketchup. I used it all. I do think it's pretty expensive and didn't find the quality quite lived up to the expense. I will probably try again another time and get fries and ask for my burger to be less well done. Maybe that's the difference I needed. I liked the online order option, but didn't notice I was paying an extra fee (maybe 1.50 - don't quote me on that) but I was ready to push the button so I opted to pay instead of call and phone in/pay over phone for my order (which I believe was no additional charge).

I really want to like this place. Their Burgers are huge, but they lack flavor. It goes beyond the salt and pepper. At one point, they use to have the best fried zucchini in town. I recently ordered and they changed the breading and they're very bland. I'm not sure if they're under new management and still trying to find their niche. I'll try again in a few months.
