My experience with Camden has been excellent thus far for several reasons. First, the staff has been extremely professional, cordial and responsive. Each time I see a staff member around the community they ask how i'm doing, how my apartment is and if there is anything that I need. The appear to go above and beyond their responsibilities to ensure that the Camden residents' needs are met. I've lived in several apartment buildings and the staff at Camden Tempe are exceptional compared to the rest. In addition, the community always looks great, the apartments are clean and appear as advertised, and I was surprised about how quiet the community is. Overall, I've enjoyed my time at Camden and would recommend it to a friend!

I have only lived here for 2 months but so far the response from maintenance and the office has been refreshingly fast and thorough. Charles in particular has been wonderful to work with minor maintenance issues - great communication and great work. And thanks to Danielle and Makenzie for the time invested in ensuring my move in was smooth. I love the open feel of the apartment, the full size washer and dryer and most wonderfully the deep bathtub with plenty of hot water for a good soak. Neighbors have been friendly and even if someone is playing music or laughing and having a good time outside - I am amazed at how good the soundproofing is as when you walk inside, all outside noise is gone. For my needs, this is the perfect place to live.

Camden Tempe was my first own appointment. I fell in love with how completed the apartment complex was. Everything you'd want to feel at home and comfortable. I had a 2bed 2bath with 2 parking spots. I did share the apartment with my bestie and I can say we both loved the responsiveness from the office staff. Dre (who is now in Texas) sold us the apartment initially. He made the process extremely easy for two young kids making a big commitment! Following with Shane and Saul we LOVE them! So personable and kind, they both always went out of their way to get things done for us. Lisa and Lonnie couldn't be a more dangerous duo. They will take the time to get anything you need figured out and truly communicate. Overall, we had one incident that was it out of the whole 14 months of us being there but it was quickly handled and made us feel safe. Camden was a gorgeous complex and we enjoyed our time renting with them. Highly recommend! Lastly, Danielle has been my favorite, if I hadn't moved 2 states away I would want to be her friend! She's so kind and easy going.

The staff truly cares about us tenants. I have not been let down yet. I like the auto Chirp security, keyless entry. They are keeping up with the times and being efficiently proactive and the place professional maintained.
