The front desk staff was very professional, helpful and very nice. This is a 360 change from previous visits I have had every year. The medical assist that took me back to check vitals was also very friendly and made me feel comfortable. Then the doctor came in and was very informative and made me feel like he cared about my health. Not just do a physical and get me out of there. This was the first visit to Concentra that I did have anything to say that was negative. Thank you

Dislike their wait time. Whats the point of making an appointment if im to wait over 30 minutes. The chairs in the waiting area could use some shampooing or cleaning. Nurse that assited me seemed really cold and didnt communicate at all, just had me follow her around without saying anything. Doctor was nice but awkward.
I went in for an on the job injury. They tried to charge my employer falsely on 3 separate incidences. First, trying to e-screen me (urine test) when I was only there for workman's comp. Second and 3rd incident was that they tried to say that I had three physical therapy sessions when I only had one. This Concentra is over charging your employers. These people need to be visited and inspected on a regular basis. I've contacted my employer and they are looking into my paperwork. Knowledge is power.
Came here for a pre-employment drug screening, staff was very friendly and it was a very quick and easy process. Short wait was also a big bonus
Front office staff was amazing! Very professional and clean...they were so nice and patient, they get you in and out no clowning around or anything. I would recommend this location to anyone.....and best of all it's near my home! Great job Concentra Staff! You know it's known that ladies make the world run smoother. They all need a raise!
