I have had to call in the crisis team several times to aid in helping me to help quite a few loved ones. They have always been very professional and very nurturing. Ultimately, it is the decision of the individual obtaining the help but these guys are willing to assist with the entire process. I appreciate the service and the men and women that provide it more than they'll ever understand. They are more than just transportation to facilities. Thank you Crisis Line for always being a rock when I needed help with my loves ones who were struggling.

Don't waste your time with these people all they do is make thing worse. And erase your comments on facebook. If you care about your loved one please get help from someone else.

My crisis wasn't enough of a crisis, and was transferred. Even though I was skating on the edge. This the problem with Mental health care in Arizona.

Had to call. Amputee husband. He got emotionally and yes physically abusive. People never believe that disabled people can be abusive (or understand what happens to a man's ego after an amputation). I don't even know if I called the appropriate place for the situation, but the woman who answered the phone listened abt 20 minutes before telling me that she had to let me go. Just her listening and talking helped. I have had to call other crisis lines on the past. If I wasn't willing to file charges or have my husband committed, they didn't want listen. This place listened. That is sometimes all that is needed. Someone to listen. I would have to guess that caregivers need crisis lines at least as much as patients do.

I guess it's a great place to work because they don't have to work! Bear is useless.. in fact if you're having a psychiatric crisis don't even bother calling them they're useless absolutely perfectly useless
