I hesitate to give a bad review, but I don’t want others to have the experience I had. I used DeVan Management for my rental property. The first 2 months I had to email & call them multiple times to finally receive my rent payments (the tenants had paid on time). Every time they finally sent me my rent payment, I was almost immediately sent an invoice for some unneeded cosmetic repair. I paid hundred in repairs, in 5 months. I would not recommend using this management company, as they made it clear they would rather make a quick buck in fake repairs then keep a customer for life. 325 to end my contract with them is worth it.
