My partner and I went there because we were experiencing a slow leak. Turns out there was a nail in the sidewall of the tire causing the problem. We didn’t even ask for a discount but I am pretty sure they heard us talking about the next chemotherapy appointment at Mayo and told us no charge to patch it. It was really nice of them to do that. Made us feel great to get treated so well during our 1 year stay in AZ for cancer treatment.

Had to buy new tires for vehicle. I ordered the tires online and set up an appointment for installation. The online site was very user friendly. The staff were amazing and very friendly. This has been my home store for decades and have never been disappointed. A
They are quick and friendly. Pretty much a standard for Discount Tire . They have an amazing business model. They are Covid aware and I feel comfortable going there.

Literally the worst location I’ve been to. I was just there yesterday to get all four of my tires inspected. I bought their insurance which allows me to replace a tire if damaged. The sales guy kept pressuring me to buy four new tires even though I was covered by their tire insurance! When I said I would rather hold off and use my insurance they ended up replacing one of the tire and the other one they “fixed”. They said they didn’t find anything wrong with the remaining two. This morning my tire indicator light came on for the tire they said was “fine”. And now I’m stranded on the side of the highway for the tire they said they repaired and having to get my car towed!! So rather than using my insurance to replace the tire they told me they can just repair it. What is the point of the insurance if I can’t even use it?? Such crooks
