This place is awful! You pay a lot of rent and have no amenities. No washer/dryer, no patio/balcony and you have to pay to use the gym. There are always plumbing issues. Without warning, the water will be shut off, even when you're in the shower. The office staff is nice but good luck trying to get a package that was delivered. They can never seem to find it. This place is very outdated. The apartments are dark like a cave. There are better places to live.

Lived here for four or five years, finally moved out just because I was moving in with someone else whose space suited us better than the studio I had at Eastridge. I’d recommend it, overall. I never needed much maintenance done, and when I did the service was good. Front office staff was always great as well, minus one instance that I’ll get to in a bit. Never had much of a problem with parking - the spaces near my building were very tight, but I was able to find nearby unreserved parking whenever necessary (that is, when neighboring cars parked poorly or when I would be blocking in the car next to me if I went into my reserved space). The apt complex is good enough for the cost, imo. I found great value in the location - right next to two freeways, good shops and dining options in the area, gym on the same corner. Notably, moving out was an especially hassle-free experience, even in these socially-distanced times. Never had a bug problem either, which is fantastic. The one issue I ever had was one interaction with one or two of the apt managers. My girlfriend had gained a stalker of sorts, one of the Eastridge residents. Once the guy harassed her, she went to report it at the office. All she got was an “awww, looks like you just have a secret admirer.”

I lived here for 4 years, 2012 to 2016, and then moved back last year for nine months until I bought a place of my own. Great staff, safe and convenient area, clean and bug-free apartments. I highly recommend these apartments!
I lived at Eastridge for 2 years and I have nothing but nice things to say about my residency. The community staff was always helpful, friendly, and never did I ever have any issues. The neighbors are mostly very nice people, there are a lot of dogs and grassy areas, and the grounds are kept immaculately clean. Extra special thanks to Seth for always taking care of my packages and deliveries. I highly recommend living at Eastridge!
