Contacted them to fix our dishwasher. Payed for 98 service fee for a diagnosis. Came out and quoted us 200 parts and labor to fix the washer. Opted to do the repair as opposed to buy a whole new appliance based on the 200 quote. Came back out again weeks later, earliest appointment, did the work, charged the 200, washer is still broken, same problem. Huge waste of time and money. Then they gave us a new diagnosis to fix the still broken dishwasher that we already paid them 200 to fix. It would be another 600 this time for parts and labor. We could have just bought a new dish washer for the 800 it's going to end up costing us now. Very unprofessional, wondering if we have recourse with the better business bureau or something. Best case they were incompetent, worst case we got scammed. Either way, strongly recommend against them.

Extremely pleased with their services. They called me during their scheduled window and arrived within it as well. The owner was present during the appliance repair as the technician was completing his training. This shows me that everyone at every level in the company is concerned with doing repairs correctly and efficiently. They repaired both of my appliances quickly and completely. One of the appliances wasn't functioning due to user error, but they did not make me feel bad about not catching my mistake. That is my girlfriends job:) Thanks again!
This company is by far the best appliance company I have ever used. From the first phone call, to arrival and repair. Customer service was pleasant and did what they said they would do. Techs were professional, courteous, knowledgeable and professional! Seriously I never expect this for appliance repair. I am sold on E&J! Thanks for fixing my Whirlpool fridge. Your team is awesome.
Had a great experience with tech Anthony who took care of my icemaker then went above and beyond with an extra service to my fridge I hadn't originally requested. Prompt, called ahead, professional and what little mess was made from moving the fridge he was more than willing to clean up. Will definitely call them again if I have another appliance issue. We had some major issues with our dishwasher and we kicked ourselves for not hiring through E&J sooner. Jim was an amazing service technician. He not only got the job done, but gave us some helpful tips moving forward. He seemed to love his job and that’s what keeps us loyal to a company. Highly recommend.
