I liked and appreciated that Goettl is so customer-service oriented. Their people seemed happy to help and had good, positive, friendly attitudes. I liked that the two men who came to my house not only came in a well-marked Goettl van and in Goettl uniforms with their names embroidered on them, looking very professional and easy-to-identify, but they also introduced themselves to me, as soon as I opened my front door, without my having to ask them to. *None of the above* can be said for their competitor, Rodney, from Everything Plumbing, who had come to my house, before. The difference was like night and day. I was very impressed with Goettl, and this company has my recommendation, for sure! A bit of good ol' customer service goes a long way with me!

The Technician that was sent out was Professional & Friendly. We suspected something wrong with our air handler but did not expect what the technician found. We had a new AC unit (air handler & outside unit, yes that's how it is supposed to be, but you would be surprised who will skip the inside Air Handler) installed by Desert Valley Aire (NEVER AGAIN, closed doors in early 2019) about 5 years ago and never really felt the difference from the old unit. Well come to find out they did not even install the drain for the catch/drain pan correctly, so we had water building up & rusting everything close to that area & were roughly 2-3 weeks from having some major rusty water flooding issues. The Goettl Technician quickly realized this & replaced the condensate safety switch & had to re-plum the drain piping since it was done Improperly, hence the massive water build-up of the water condensation & failure of the safety switch. This mistake led to the blower motor in the air handler to suck up the water into the squirrel cage & cause premature failure. The Technician spent the entire day at our house fixing the problems that was caused by the other BAD ac companies INSTALL. We were lucky enough to get some good discounts, due to the short time frame of the original install, through warranty from Goodman AC, but still almost cost us close to 1000. To sum this all up, we will only do business with Goettl Air, since they have proven themselves, they really do the right thing by their customers & not scam or take the easy way out!! Goettl was probably the most expensive service offered for installing new furnace and ac, however they were clearly the best. They are professional and communicate what is going to happen at all stages. Previously we had numerous hot and cold spots due to leaky and malfunctioning duct work. Temperature is uniform throughout our house now. They replace a lot more than the hackers who often join new and broken parts together. They installed all new returns which close properly. They put new wiring outside which has fuses for safety. They cycle and thoroughly test everything. And they swept up their mess after it was done. If all you care about is cost they are not for you, however if you want a system that will work for a long time Goettl is the only game in town.

Had a fantastic experience with Goettl. When we decided to replace out entire AC system we shopped around for a few quotes. We wanted to include a larger group in our line of estimates. Goettl came in and blew us away. This was our first experience with Goettl and were very impressed. During the quote the team member showed up with shoe covers and a mask showing that safety was important to them. He was very thorough and took pictures of everything to help walk us through what our current system was and what they recommend. After negotiating a really great deal we decided to go forward with the job. So glad we did! Caesar was our lead installer and he is very detailed. Our install was a difficult one due to the location of the previous heater and coil, but he spent the time to do it all correctly. It was a long day for him and his helper to get our full system set, but he did not leave any detail unattended to. He was unable to do the final checks the day due to timing of the install, but returned and spend some additional time checking everything so we were 100% working order. They even helped paint our ceiling where a few areas were bumped during the removal and install. My husband and I were very impressed by their attention to detail and how respectful the team was. We would definitely call them again!

I sold a house in 2012 that had a 1978 Goettl unit still going strong. So when my 1993 Bryant AC failed I wanted to give Goettl a call. They came through with a 5-star system and made some changes to improve airflow and comfort. I believe I'll have even better results with this new modern Goettl system.
