The food here was amazing. The ramen had so much flavor. I got the Hachi Special. They were also very accommodating to our group. We need a couple extra seats and they made room for that. Bonus is that they have a bunch of One Piece posters in up. :)

The Spicy Miso Ramen is amazing! Actually all the dishes are great here. The staff is friendly and inviting. Who I assume is the owner has greeted myself and my party every time I've come. He invites feedback though he needs none his ramen is delicious. I live in Queen Creek and will drive all the way out here just for ramen. And it is more than worth the drive.
If you're looking for delicious food this is the place! The owner has studied years to bring the tradition of authentic Japanese Ramen to Arizona. Hachi Ramen focuses on quality, all natural, and fresh ingredients to create their dishes and when you take the first sip of broth, or bite of meat, you can tell! I literally am sipping on my left-over broth right now as I sit here and write this. If you're hungry and want a nice wholesome meal, come here! Update: While I enjoyed the meal when I was here last, I didn't feel as welcomed as I did the first time I came. I attempted to show the owner the impact my review and photos made on the Google maps format within only a week time frame. While he was very willing to talk and have a discussion the first visit I made, on this visit he seemed to rush me away and dismissed my contribution. I don't get paid for this and my impact on local business and helping them grow is my reward. On this visit I didn't feel very appreciated and he treated me like I was some kind of salesmen trying to finagle my way into his wallet. While I'll give him the benefit of the doubt and try to talk with him another time, it's disappointing to not have a little acknowledgement in my contribution. To be continued..
Authentic ramen with delicious broth. The staff is very friendly as well. Karage reminds me of the karage from Torikizoku in Japan. Asahi and Sapporo on draft! What else could you want? Thank you Hachi Ramen!
I love Ramen and they did not disappoint. Moving from SoCal Ramen is hit or miss and they are a HIT!! Please go and try them and support our small businesses whenever you can️
