Probably nice if you get a roommate with decent living skills. Sadly, my roommate was obsessed with being in a fraternity he decided to throw a party in the room out of nowhere right when I was going to sleep. I had to leave the room it was so loud and came back to find the room completely trashed with broken glass everywhere. Maintenance never came despite numerous requests. If you’re gonna live on campus, do not go random. You will regret it.

(I stayed for Academic year of 2017-2018) Convenient place to live for first time freshman. Rooms are spacious, though keep in mind since you will be sharing a bathroom and only one of the rooms has control of the A/C. The overall room quality is okay, be sure to do those inspections!

Would like to say that this is the worst experience I have ever had. They do not enforce rules and refuse to take action against anything that is done wrong. There was a serious health violation in my room with trash everywhere and they absolutely did not address it until verbal abuse was made between 2 people. I am very disappointed with this experience. To even get a room change I have to have my mom constantly contacting the school. I liked ASU but will not be returning because of this experience in Hassayampa. I would recommend finding something else off campus before signing any housing contract. What a miserable first semester at ASU.

Honestly, it was pretty nice living in the dorms. Better than all these garbage apartments in Tempe.

Not as bad as people make it out to be, pretty comfortable if you have a good roommate.

Fake republicans everywhere. The heat is unbeareble.
